Terms + Conditions
Sarah Kelly Co encourages you to read and agree to the following User Terms carefully as it is a legal document and, upon paying your booking fee, you agree to be bound by these User Terms.
*It is the responsibility of the client who books to understand, agree and be responsible for all booking conditions, including all payments being made by the required dates.
CANCELLATIONS
For wedding day bookings - Cancellation or rescheduling of weddings requires a minimum of 60 days’ notice. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where the booking and/or wedding is amended due to personal relationship breakdowns, financial, family situations and unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to: health pandemics, changes to regulations, health warnings, weather events, travel limitations, venue closures.
Cancellation of any booking by you must be communicated in writing, by email and will only be confirmed upon receipt of this. The complete booking fee will be retained by Sarah Kelly Co regardless of notice or reason given, due to administration and loss of other bookings caused by allocating your booking.
Cancellations within 60 days of the group booking/wedding will be charged the full costs of the booking. All booking fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
I do my best to accommodate changes in your requirements. All bookings are subject to minimum booking conditions, unless discussed prior to deposit being taken. Partial cancellations and changes do impact my business as I turn away so many enquiries due to existing bookings.
Covid -19- Enforced cancellations due to government regulations will be refunded their full amount minus the booking fee. The booking fee will be credited to a future date. If Sarah Kelly Co is unavailable for the new date the booking fee is non refundable as stated above.
Studio appointments - If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment a minimum 24 hours notice is required, to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. This allows me time to make your appointment available to other clients.
Cancellation or rescheduling of trials requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. This allows me time to make your appointment available to other clients.
A 50% treatment charge will be incurred for appointments that are cancelled with less than the required 24 hours notice. Prepaid treatments will be forfeited. The same applies for appointments that are not confirmed and missed appointments.
In the case of unforeseen circumstances please contact ME ASAP to reschedule your appointment.
BOOKING FEE
A booking fee is required to secure all wedding day and group bookings. All pricing and services outlined in your quote are subject to a $300 non-refundable non-transferable booking fee. Booking fees are non refundable under any circumstances. This includes situations where the booking and/or wedding is cancelled due to relationship breakdown, financial/family situations and unforeseen circumstances including health pandemics, weather events, travel limitations, and venue closures. The booking fee will be deducted from the overall balance of your invoice. Payment of the booking fee is taken as an agreement to secure the services listed in the quote and help cover the day-to-day costs of running my business. Payment of the booking fee means you understand and will adhere to the terms and conditions of my business.
APPOINTMENT ARRIVAL
I kindly ask that you please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time to fill out necessary forms, and ensures your treatment starts on time. In the case of late arrivals, I may need to reduce your treatment/service time.
PAYMENT
For wedding day bookings, final invoices are to be paid no later than 14 days prior to the wedding date.
For in-studio services, I accept eftpos or cash on the day of your treatment.
